| Question: Why don’t I see the coupon code already applied when I go to checkout? |
| Answer:
Some retailers apply the coupon code automatically when you enter their site through our “Click to Redeem” links next to each coupon code. Other retailers require you to enter the code manually. To do this, simply go to the retail site by clicking on the red “Use Coupon Code” link. This will open the online store in a new window so that you can easily toggle back to view Jack’s list of codes. During the checkout process there will be a section asking you to enter a coupon or promotional code. Simply copy Jack’s Code, paste it into the retail site and you’re all set!! |

| Answer:
A coupon code is a word or series of numbers that can be entered into a website during the checkout process that can offer savings off of the order total. Similar to coupons you click out of a newspaper, coupon codes are issued but the retailers and can be valid for a limited time, or they can be used anytime. |

| Question: How do I use a coupon code? |
| Answer:
When you go to place an order with a online store, during the checkout process you will see a field where you can type in an applicable coupon codes. Most stores only allow one coupon to be used (so try a few to see which gives you the best deal), while some will allow you to use multiple codes. Simply type the coupon into the field and click "submit". Your savings should be shown on the confirmation page or upon update of the page you are on. |
